2025 marked a year of significant evolution for Archimede Energia, defined by solid growth, the development of new technological solutions, and an expanded presence across strategic markets.
Alongside production, commercial and training achievements, 2025 also represented a turning point for our technical communication—strengthening our commitment to sharing expertise and promoting knowledge in the lithium battery sector.
This annual recap brings together the key elements that shaped the year: numbers, innovation, trade fairs, training, sustainability, and editorial initiatives.
A strong trade fair presence: a strategic and high-value calendar
Throughout 2025, we participated in the most important Italian trade fairs dedicated to energy, e-mobility and industrial technologies. These events played a crucial role in strengthening commercial relationships, presenting new battery solutions and identifying emerging customer needs.
2025 trade fairs
- KEY ENERGY – Rimini (5–7 March) – in collaboration with Dynamico
- Battery Days – E-TECH Europe, Bologna (14 April) – with a technical presentation by our Technical Sales Manager Cesare Miridin
- Venice Boat Show (29 May – 3 June) – with Vulkan, for electric boating
- GIS – Piacenza (25–27 September) – with Dynamico, for industrial lifting equipment
- Ecomondo – Rimini (4–7 November) – with Casalini
These appointments confirmed the growing interest in reliable, high-performance and easily integrable energy storage solutions—values at the heart of our mission.
Training & networking: the real innovation of 2025
The most innovative initiative of the year was our international Training & Networking program, created to share advanced lithium battery expertise with companies worldwide.
The courses registered outstanding participation and highly positive feedback for clarity, technical depth and practical value.
Training activities in 2025
- BGG Tech Day (HB4–BGG group, in collaboration with Arrow)
- Course in the Netherlands (TECNOGEN – EQIN Rotterdam)
- Course in Australia (TECNOGEN – Powerlite)
- Online Course – TRIME US
- Course in the UK – BGG UK
These exchanges strengthened our role as a technical and consulting partner, building new international relationships and enhancing the global visibility of Archimede Energia.
2025 in numbers: production, energy output and sustainability
2025 confirmed a stable growth trajectory. Despite a slight variation in the number of batteries produced, total installed energy and the efficiency of new models increased significantly.
Production & Environmental Impact
- Batteries produced: 1,382 units
- Total kWh produced: 15,770 (+20% vs 2024)
- CO₂ saved: 10,250.90 kg (equal to 512 trees)
- New prototypes developed: 15
- Cells purchased: 31,358 cells + 6,597 modules
The most relevant data point is the increase in total kWh, confirming the development of larger and more efficient battery packs—an important step toward increasingly sustainable and high-performance systems.
Application sectors: distributed and strategic growth
Our 2025 production reached multiple markets, demonstrating the flexibility of our technologies and our ability to meet the needs of various industrial sectors.
Sector Breakdown
- Energy Storage:5%
- Lighting Towers:5%
- Electric Vehicles: 13%
- AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles):4%
- Electric Boats:6%
- Material Handling: 3%
From energy storage to mobile lighting, from electric mobility to green boating—each segment recorded steady growth thanks to the reliability and simplified integration of our lithium battery solutions.
Continuous innovation: prototypes and technological development
The year was also highly productive for research and development, with 15 new prototypes designed and tested across multiple applications.
In parallel, the acquisition of over 31,000 cells and 6,500 modules represented a strategic investment to ensure supply continuity, production planning and high-quality components.
These activities reinforce our focus on innovation and the continuous improvement of battery performance.
